Window Cleaning, Done Right

Clean windows change how a whole house feels. More light comes in, the view opens up, and the exterior looks finished. We clean interior and exterior glass, wipe frames and sills, brush and rinse screens, and clean the tracks so the windows actually operate the way they should.

For upper-story exterior glass we use a pure water-fed pole system. Water that's been stripped of all minerals dries completely spot-free, with no squeegee marks and no ladders leaning on your siding. It's one of the only systems of its kind in the area, and it's also what we use for solar panel cleaning.

How It Works

Our Window Cleaning Process

Straightforward, thorough, and the same every time.

Screens off, tracks cleaned

We remove screens, brush and rinse them, and vacuum or wipe out the tracks.

Exterior glass

Ground-floor glass is scrubbed and squeegeed; upper floors are cleaned spot-free with the pure water-fed pole.

Interior glass

Inside, we work carefully around furniture and window coverings and finish with a detail wipe of sills and frames.

Screens back, walkthrough

Screens go back in the right windows and we check every pane with you.

What's a pure water-fed pole?

It's a system that filters water down to zero dissolved minerals and feeds it through a brush on a telescoping pole. Because there's nothing left in the water to leave a spot, the glass dries perfectly clean with no squeegee needed.

Do you clean the inside too?

Yes. Most customers book inside and out, but exterior-only is available if you prefer.

Can you reach my second or third story?

Yes. The water-fed pole reaches most three-story homes safely from the ground.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Twice a year — spring and fall — keeps most homes looking sharp. Homes near farmland or busy roads may want it more often.
