How often should gutters be cleaned?

Twice a year for most homes — spring after the pollen and needles, and late fall once the leaves are down. Homes under heavy tree cover may need a third visit.

How do I know if my gutters need cleaning?

Water spilling over the front edge in the rain, plants growing out of the gutter, sagging sections, or staining on the fascia are the usual signs.

Do you clean gutters with gutter guards?

Yes. Guards reduce debris but don't eliminate it. We can clean the guards and check what's built up underneath.

Can you brighten the outside of the gutters too?

Yes — we offer gutter brightening as an add-on to remove the black tiger striping and oxidation from the gutter face.
